Probleme avec le client ftp

re salut

bon ca marcher
le IP aparaitre en ten que 192.168.0.3 sous evox...

Mais quand je veux me conecter avec SmartFTP
sa marche pas
jinrit
Adress --> 192.168.0.3 Login --> xbox Password --> xbox

et ca apparait
Resolving host name 192.168.0.3...
Connecting to (192.168.0.3) -> IP: 192.168.0.3 PORT: 21
Connection timeout. No response from server.
