big probleme supercard

Bonjour à tous, j'ai un gros soucis avec mon supercard, en effet y a 5 min j'allais pour faire mon entrainement quotidien de dr kawashima et la ecran banc avec ecrit en rouge " vous utilisez un supercard contrefait veuillez contacter votre marchand" et depuis je ne peux plus jouer a rien les ecran reste blanc, j'arrive meme pas à l'ecran du supercard.
Le pire c'est que j'ai mon supercard depuis 1 ans et il marchait nikel, j'ai juste passer d'un superpass a une superkey car plus estethique, vous avez une solution??

as-tu comparé avec les images des supercard contrefaites??? sinon je ne peux rien pour toi car je n'y connais pas grand chose en supercard

oui oui j'ai bien le rond et les puce et tt et tt , mais le pire c'est qu'elle marchais nikel depuis 1 ans c'est la que c'est bizzare quand meme

attends qu'il y a un expert en supercard qui vienne ou fais une recherche sur le forum pour voir si quelqu'un avait eu le même problème que toi tu trouveras peut-être une réponse
