THE MEDIA PLAYER LIVES!
That's right everyone. The team has just recently posted a completely unexpected news article(with screenshots) concerning a forthcoming media player production from the PS2Reality team. It's official title is PS2Reality MediaPlayer Pro.
Newest features include:
- The inclusion of Hermes' MP3Station as the new MP3 Player. That means that better playback and song navigation is possible, along with CD Audio playing, and probably CD ripping. (Not confirmed for the Media Player, however this feature was i the original release of MP3Station.)
- Ability to use a MASS drive. (USB key)
- Also, if you look at the article, you will see a blank space with a "- ..." after the mass drive line....this almost hints at something else not announced. (Perhaps HDD?)
- Lots of code optimizations and bug fixes were also done.
- Better network support, and a new java server application for the UDP protocol.
