Sounds like latency error. Usually the server you downloaded the file from was too busy and only gave you half the file. The file you are trying to download to the PS3 is corrupt. Go back and redownload the file from whichever server you got it from and try it again.
You can also go use the "Restore PS3 System" under System Settings and do a quick format if it still doesnt work
Apparement le fichier est corrompu au dl, il faut recommencer, peut etre trop de dl, bizarre
Sinon, pour créer un compte JAP ou US, tu crées un nouvel utilisateur, ensuite tu te connectes et là tu créer un nouveau compte, récupéres une adresse américaine, canadienne ou japonaise pour valider le compte.
