Here's the changes.
- Renamed to vcscheatdevice.prx.
If you installed the ALPHA, you need to edit your pspbtcnf_game.txt file and change cheatdevice.prx to vcscheatdevice.prx.
- Cheats now go in ms0:\cheats\vcs
- I added this to the README.TXT:
