On va voir si ton DNS réponds au ping ... en gros si il a pas un probleme 
Dans la console d'administration recupere son adresse IP et dans l'invite commande windows tu tapes "ping adresse_IP_DNS" avec comme adresse_IP_DNS l'adresse que tu viens de trouver ...
