Booster has released PSP Device Hook Sample Launcher v0.43.0100 today. This isn't a new release, just basically a patched devhook.prx file. From the ReadMe file:

This is simply a DevHook update patch released by Booster that fixes the save game issues. To use it, simply copy dh folder to root of your MemoryStick and overwrite the existing files there.
NOTE: Although this patch fixes the save game issue, it stops the browser from working many have reported.. so if save games work fine for you do NOT use this patch update.
