Un Néon ne chauffe pas autant qu'une ampoule a incandescance c'est evident ... mais un Neon chauffe quand meme c'est d'ailleurs normal au vu que aucun systeme electrique n'a un rendement parfait, et c'est ca que l'on apprends en physique
