Create a ps2 cd with the files in the 'cd' dir using your favorite method.
The files needed are:
SYSTEM.CNF
INSTALL.INF [Install script for dms3 users]
PUKKLINK.ELF
PKOLINK.IRX
PS2IP.IRX
PS2SMAP.IRX
IPCONFIG.DAT [optional]
