Il veut pas aller chez alice mais utiliser leur BOX sur son Offre Neuf, c'est donc pourquoi je lui propose des solutions de Routeur/Modem/WiFi ou Routeur/WiFi

PS : Je confirme, pour avoir depanner 3 personnes qui était chez Alice, c'est de la vraie merde
