pour l'avoir il faut

-Get 100% (meaning get all the story re-enactments too). I think this means 100% for real and not just the Skill Shop percent.
-Get all DU characters to level 99.
-Once you do both, go to the Skill Shop to buy her.
-She's an alternate costume for Videl.
-She has two death moves (I presume they're the same as Videl's).
