FMCB's installer offered two modes. A "Normal" installation, which would only install the KELF file required for the specific model PS2 the installer was presently running on, and a "Multi" option which provided that entire list of variables so it would work on any PS2 model within the original console's region. (Such as a "phat" created FMCB memory card could work on a "slim" console, or vice versa.)
