I just wanted to say now that thanks to the ShenmueSubs tools (Except that Binary Translator), the Spanish Shenmue I translation has been finished and now entered the stage of correction and testing. The whole 1.20MB of text found in Free Quest and Cutscenes are fully translated.
I'm still concerned about how to release this, as I think we cannot patch a GDI image nor duplicate a release so we can do a xdelta or similar from a release.
