Apparemment, d'après le dernier post en date, ça marche.
Suffit de lancer le jeu sans aucune mise à jour, de faire une sauvegarde à la con, et via le file manager écraser 2 fichiers.
Citation:
It's rather simple.
Delete all your GT5 game data from the game data utility in the xmb so you've got no updates.
Start the game and play for a little while then shut the game down.
Now put the two files you downloaded from the front page on a USB stick (à remplacer ici par ton ancienne save) and insert into the PS3
Start up MM and boot the file manager.
In the left screen navigate to the root directory of the usb stick. You should see the two files there.
In the right screen navigate to the save game directory. It should be something like hhd0\home\000001\BCXXXXXXX\ (where 000001 is your id number and BCXXXXX us the game ID).
I deleted the GT5.0 file and the Param.pfd in the right pane first and then copied these files from the left to the right pane of the file manager. (In the one with MM you press O and you get a drop menu - just select Copy or Delete as needed).
I then rebooted the game and it was all there! I just played a little saved and exited. Then I updated all the way up to 1.09 and rebooted.
It plays great.
