Le seul qui peut bloquer les emails c'est microsoft ... l'hebergeur de ton mail hotmail.
Ensuite tu peux peut etre configurer un client mail qui aura un filtre plus performant ... à toi de te renseigner sur une hypothétique connexion IMAP ou POP.
