IP.BIN from Echelon Release BINHACK 45000 and VGA Patched 0799A10

1ST_READ.BIN from RYU Release BINHACK 45000, HACK3 45000

FIELD DATA from HYKAN's Release reference from RYU's FIELD DATA.

I found that some of the file sizes were different in RYU's FIELD FOLDER.

So I compared the files in RYU's FIELD FOLDER and used HYKAN's FIELD DATA instead.

All other game data from HYKAN's SkiesOfArcadia1A Release.
