La virtualisation fonctionne même sur un PC de 2004 t'inquietes pas. Windows n'a pas besoin de plus de 512Mo ... même Ubuntu fonctionne sur 512Mo.
VMware permet de mapper des appareils usb donc ta webcam montera dessus.
