X264 + AC3 (assez répandu) >> demande autre chose que de l'AVI (pour sa version standard)
Alors t'as le choix MP4 ou MKV ... et vu que les outils MKV sont vraiment simples (a mon gout) si j'aurais a choisir sans contraintes bah ... je choisirais le deuxieme
