Niveau CLUF Microsoft une licence OEM est definie pour un PC particulier et ne peut pas etre "normalement" migrée ...
Sous Vista c'est pareil d'ailleurs une fois que l'on a activé Vista OEM on ne peut même plus changer la licence de PC ...
