Pour Apache 3 fallait aussi télécharger WnASPI32.dll, c'est la dll manquante pour faire marcher Apache 3 .

WnASPI32.dll was not included

I totally forgot to add the WnASPI32.dll file with the package. Thanks to the guys over at PS2Modz Paradise for pointing that out. Download the file and unrar and place in same folder as Apache3.exe.
Note: This is the reason why on some computers Apache3 freezes at “building drive list…”
