Un ecran qui possede une dalle de 1920*1080 pixels mais qui ne saurait afficher du 1080p (1080i maxi) a le droit de s'appeler FullHD ... donc nan 
720p est "la" resolution HDReady ... apres la norme demande la compatibilité 1080i ...
