La difference ? Bein la sortie DV (Alias IEEE1394 alias FireWire) te permet d'aquisitionner sans pertes aucune 
C'est beaucoup plus rapide ... et moins cher a mettre en oeuvre qu'une carte ...
Sachant que ton log d'aquisition fait necessairement de l'aquisition DV si il est assez performant ...
